All of these colors are packed as sample sizes of 6 grams each.
Our Soft pigments are pigments which are pre-blended with mica and bismuth oxychloride. The resulting product is much, much easier to blend into your cosmetic formulae. In fact, you do not need to use any type of shearing mixer (such as a blender), but instead may simply shake the colors together with the base ingredients.
Additionally, bismuth oxychloride gives a smooth silky feel, and the products are enhanced with a stearate to further improve skin adhesion.
Because all the colors derive their hue from pigments such as oxides and ultramarines, they are all soap stable except for Soft Blue and Soft Pink which will morph to nothing in soap.

This is a amazing collection of pigments to own. The name soft fits the colors perfectly. They are nice and soft in color and can make anything from a eyeshadow to a nail polish. I use these colors a lot to make very nice crease eyeshadows to a gorgeous dewy highlighter. My next project is going to be gel eyeliners, cream eyeshadows and eyeshadow bases. This collection will be exactly what I need for that project. The quality of all TKB pigments are all most mind blowing and what you can create is endless . It does take a lot of practice and test runs when making cosmetics. I have learned to be patient and just keep at it. TKB is my favorite place because they are very affordable and you are able to experiment with making your own recipe and not breaking the bank trying to start a cosmetic business!! One thing I would wish/ask for is single eyeshadow pots to fit the 36mm pans in with twist caps;)
