Where is TKB?

TKB Trading, LLC is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, in Oakland, California.
We are at the corner of E. 11th Street and 9th Avenue, at 1101 9th Avenue.

Important Note: We don't allow walk-ins. If you're local and would like to pick up your order then simply check out with "Local Pick Up" as your shipping method.  Once your order is ready (we try to make it quick) we will call you and you can pickup on a "Will Call" basis.  

And we're expanding!

Here's our new, add-on location which is half a block away. We can't wait to see who wins the first water-balloon fight between Building A and Building B!

We don't normally answer our phone, so please leave a message. We are a small shop, so we prefer you communicate and order online.



If you have any urgent need for an order, contact us with the SUBMIT NEW TICKET Button at the top of this page and choose URGENT.  If we can bend the rules for you that day, we'll certainly try!


  • Our cut off time for Rush orders is 8:30am if you require the order to ship that same day (We print our orders for the day in the morning).
  • The Billing and the Shipping Address for all the RUSH orders must be the same.

We have a minimum of $3.44.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.  We do NOT accept personal checks, ship COD or offer "net 30" terms.

We DO accept Money Order less than $50.00.

To place an order with Money order:

  1. Place the order on our website.
  2. Check out with "Contact Me For my CC." Enter Money order into that little space.
  3. Add a note on the comment section saying that you want to pay with Money Order before you "Finalize Order".

Typically, we ship orders out within 1-3 business days.

We ship either by USPS Mail or Fed Ex. If you have a preference you need to let us know.  Otherwise, we will ship the most cost effective way.  If you require some other form of shipping such as overnight, just contact us and let us know.  We will work with your requirements.


Please note that when you place an order, you have 4 hours to cancel at no charge.  If you choose to cancel the order after the 4 hour period, we will assess a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $3.00.

We require a $20.00 USD minimum for add on orders.

Because of the nature of our product, we typically cannot accept returns. Please note that you have 2 weeks from the date you received your order to report any missing or problems about the order. If you have any problems or concerns, however, please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
