Pretty,...but I thought this would be more of a red orangey blush (hence the name). It's really more of mauvey dark pink, a dark dusty rose perhaps. It's great for a natural cheek tint, however with it's high pigmentation you will need to use a delicate light hand, wearing it on it's own. The color was not what I was expecting, but I'll find a use for it.
For ladies of color or medium to deep skin tone colors. Heat is an excellent color for an everyday blush or a touch added to lip gloss. Makers of lipstick this an great reddish barbie pink color. Almost a hot pink blushing.
I bought these in several colors for blushes, this an earth are my faves. I cut them down by at least a third as they are very pigmented..which is a good thing because I think I will probably be able to make about 4 20 gram blushes with 1 sample! and the easy way (: I tried it straight, but it was just too dark...this stuff is intense but a great buy for what I plan to use it for, Getting the copper for a bronzer this go around too.
