Is this also usable for eyeshadow?
You may, however the clay is specifically for a face mask. As such it is a little gritty in the powder form. One would normally wet it with something to make it a deep clay color. Bottom line: you can try it, but keep your expectations somewhat low.
What can i use combined with this to make a face mask.
Water will turn it into a clay mask. We are not familiar with any particular mask recipes, but a quick google search indicates they are easy to find on line and may also include honey or other ingredients.
