No, they do not. The Reborn collection, which is only in powder form, contain our blacklight reactive pigments (note: not all the Reborns are reactive, please read the description of the pigment you are considering before ordering).
Can you use this product as the coloring to make nail polish
No, these are glycerine based pigments which would not mix into nail polish. You should work with the powder colors instead.
