Our Gel Tones are pigments in glycerine which we manufacture primarily for our soapmakers. Polished Silver is made from the Polished Silver Mica powder we also sell and you probably should to work with the powder instead of this liquid. The powder is less expensive and also might incorporate better into your recipe.
For a shimmer eye shadow, consider starting with our EZ Eye Shadow Kit.
