This looks to me like a baby blue color. Although, Breezy is the perfect name! It is a very vibrant blue, yet has a muted look to it too. Hard to describe. Very pretty though. I added this to my line also..

I use a little of this in glamour base and it creates the most gorgeous medium robins egg blue crelly. It's my daughter's all time fave.

I'm wondering - If using in a nail polish, would I need to still add Matte Texture Base for eyes? Sorry, I'm new and a little confused about how to use these color recipes where it relates to nail polish. Thanks! TKB Responds: no, you would not

Fantastic job creating this lovely shade of light turquoise, or baby blue! I have been trying for a shade like this in( nail polish )for a while I realize that everyone has a different monitor they're viewing on, but i have just ordered the pigments that i need to create this recipe! Thanks for sharing this with us!

This is so simple to make, and works well with all of the colors. I use it as a base and highlighter...PERFECT!
