For people who can handle Bismuth this works well in foundations and finishing powders to calm down reddish tones or red-colored imperfections. By only adding a little bit, the finished product is not so much shiny but instead has more of a soft glow. I do not recommend using this in concealers that are specifically intended to cover acne because pimples themselves do not need to be glowing (LOL) and because bismuth can aggravate some skin conditions. That is why I gave this only 4 stars.
It's easy to blend and mix, but the color pay-off leaves a bit to be desired. Also, it has a very pronounced sheen. Though it's pretty, it limits the mica's uses for me, and I wasn't expecting it to have such a pronounced sheen when all of the other soft colors are relatively matte.
